DAY 1: CHANDIGARH TO MANALI

DISTANCE AND TIME: 250 | 4-5 HOURES

ROUTE: CHANDIGARH – MANDI – KULLU – MANALI

HIGHLIGHT: on arrival at Chandigarh airport and railway station meet and greet your taxi driver. Who will assist you further and will take you to Manali. En route we cross the Mandi, Kullu. In the evening reach Manali and check in to the hotel. Dinner and overnight say in the hotel

DAY 2: MANALI TO JISPA

DISTANCE AND TIME: 92 KM | 4-5 HOURES

ROUTE: MANALI – ATAL TUNNEL – SISSU – KEYLONG –JISPA.

HIGHLIGHTS: Pass through the 9.02 km long Atul tunnel (the world longest highway tunnel above 10,000 feet), witness the cascading SISSU WATERFALL, and check in to a riverside camp in JISPA (3,200M) to prepare your body for high altitude.

DAY 3: JISPA TO PURNE VIA SHINKU LA & GONBO RANGJON

DISTANCE AND TIME: 110 | 7-8 HOURS.

ROUTE: JISPA – DARCHA – SHINKU LA PASS – LAKHONG – GONBO RANGJON – PURNE.

HIGHLIGHTS: conquer the formidable SHINKU LA PASS (5,091m) stand in awe at the base of GONBO RANGJON, the deeply revered, standalone sacred mountain of ZANSKAR. Reach the tiny settlement of PURNE by evening.

DAY 4: PURNE TO PHUGTAL MONASTERY & BACK TO JISPA

DISTANCE AND TIME 115 KM | 6-7 HOURES

ROUTE: PURNE – PHUGTAL MONASTERY – PURNE – JISPA

HIGHLIGHTS: Hike alongside the Tsarap Chu River to reach PHUGTAL MONASTERY, an ancient 12th – century Buddhist monastery built entirely inside a cliff cave face. Return to PURNE and drive to JISPA.

DAY 5: JISPA TO MANALI

DISTANCE AND TIME: 92 KM | 4-5 HOURES

ROUTE: SISSU – ATUL TUNNEL – SOLANG - MANALI

HIGHLIGHTS: after breakfast checkout from the hotel and we hit the road back to Manali. Stop at Sissu take a short 1 km hike to witness the majestic SISSU WATERFALL or enjoy a thrilling zip line across the river and visit SISSU LAKE

DAY 6: MANALI TO CHANDGARH

ROUTE: MANALI – KULLU – MANDI – CHANDIGARH
